We set off on an unforgettable journey to Jomsom and Muktinath trek, looking for a perfect blend of culture and adventure in Nepal. Not knowing where to begin, we were fortunate to meet Rabin KC, whose travel agency organized everything seamlessly. Our trip started in the scenic lakeside city of Pokhara, creating a great first impression of the adventure ahead. Reaching Muktinath Temple was truly special. The area was quite windy, and at times we experienced small sandstorms, adding a touch of challenge to the journey. Even so, the atmosphere was incredibly spiritual and fulfilling. We wrapped up our trip in Kathmandu, exploring its rich culture and visiting several UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The entire experience was smooth, meaningful, and well planned from start to finish. If you’re considering the Jomsom–Muktinath trek, I strongly recommend Glacier Nepal Treks. Our guide, Narayan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and played a big role in making the journey memorable.

trek to Makalu Base Camp with friends was an unforgettable adventure filled with breathtaking landscapes and meaningful experiences. From the lush forests and traditional villages to the high alpine valleys, every day of the trek brought something new and exciting. Trekking together as a group made the journey even more special, as we shared laughs, challenges, and incredible mountain views along the way. One of the most memorable moments was reaching Makalu Base Camp, where we were welcomed by fresh snowfall. Watching snow gently cover the dramatic Himalayan landscape with the towering peak of Mount Makalu nearby was truly magical. The cold weather and the white scenery made the moment feel peaceful and rewarding after days of trekking. Another highlight was visiting Shiva Dhara, a sacred site believed to be religious for Hindus. Many trekkers and locals respect this holy water source, and it added a spiritual touch to our adventure in the mountains.
